The architecture of the preschool in Sigtuna is inspired by boathouses.
The building consists of two square-shaped building volumes on two levels, joined together with a slight offset. This preschool meets the international “Passive House Plus” energy standard.
The building also complies with Miljöbyggnad Silver and Komfast requirements for non-toxic preschool environments. Solar panels are installed.
