Private house | Sweden

This private house in Växjö, southern Sweden, is certified as a Passive House. The only radiators in the house are small electric heating elements that resemble artworks.

The smartwin windows with integrated window boxes — a signature of i2 Factory — are seamlessly integrated. The smartwin entrance doors and the energy-efficient RAICO glass veranda ensure a comfortable indoor climate even during the long winter months.

The building’s calculated heating demand is 15 kWh/m² per year (equivalent to 1665 kWh annually), while the solar panels on the roof generate around 5000 kWh per year.
