HUMLAN PRESCHOOL IN SWEDEN
The Humlan preschool in Årsta is SISAB’s (Skolfastigheter i Stockholm) first Passive House building. The certification sets high standards for both construction and building management.
The total gross floor area is 1,222 m², and the building has two storeys housing six preschool units. With a compact plot size of just 3,355 m², the educational spaces are arranged vertically across two floors to maximize the remaining outdoor area for children’s play and activities.
