This is not only the largest Passive House building in Sweden, accommodating around 800 students, but also incredibly efficient, consuming only 8.6 kWh/m² per year — allowing the city to reduce energy costs by nearly 20 times. By comparison, a typical school in Latvia consumes about 150 kWh/m² annually.
