Vecmājas Private House | Latvia

The single-family house “Vecmājas” in Dundaga Parish is a place where the owners enjoy peace, silence, and the subtle beauty of nature — a home that has inspired sustainable building in Latvia since 2013.

The house features a timber-aluminium RAICO THERM+ curtain wall system. There is no traditional heating distribution system – the only heat source is a fireplace in the living room.

In 2013, the project was recognized as the Most Sustainable Project in Latvia.
